Laura shares how art has been a major source of healing, particularly during a period in which she was bedridden for two years, reflecting on how essential trusting in the universe and asking for aligned assistance is. We discuss how art aids us in moving through old cultural narratives around perfectionism, time and the value of creation. Laura offers sources of support that aided her in creating a business that is better for the world, and so much more to encourage finding your own self acceptance as an artist!
