connect & create
Being an artist can be lonely—especially if you feel outside of creative circles, as I did back when I first moved to Minneapolis in 2005. Because of that experience, building creative community has been central to my own artistic practice for over a decade. I absolutely love painting and making things—and know now that having a community of folks to encourage that work is essential.
let's build it together!

A journey into intuitive painting, aided by the energies of flower essences
In this workshop, folks learned how to create, and work with, flower essences and integrate them into an intuitive painting practice. We explored intuitive painting as a creative practice that can aid in unblocking our creative flow and reconnecting with our unique artistic expression. Through a guided exercise, participants created their very own intuitive painting infused with the energies of flower essences.
